Located in the El Boquerón crater of the San Salvador volcano, construction of the mill on Loma La Gloria was finished in 2001. However, it remained unused until 2012 when Anny Ruth took over day to day operations on her family farm. Shade trees on Loma La Gloria are home to many birds and the canopy helps control the temperature.
